| Fewer Migraine incidents....
Don't take my word for it, let me show you! What you
see is a decrease in the number of Migraines, year by year. I started with my worst year (1997) with an average
of 14.1 migraines per month. That's a migraine almost every 2nd day.
The keys to my success is through tracking of my migraine incidents, seeking out potential triggers,
avoiding these migraine trigger situations, and exercising every day.
Heck; you can follow these general points and get some reduction in your migraine

.... and I can live with the pain!
Those of you who already use PersWell, know I use a 5-level
Pain severity scale, and group the pain into two groups.
- Light, Below Average and Average Pain (in blue)
- Above Average and Really Bad (in red)
I can live with the pain in the (blue) group.
I can function in a degraded mode. Sufferers know what I am talking about. When it comes to the 2nd group (red line),
I am disabled with migraine pain. I cannot
work, enjoy my family; anything, except stay in a dark room, in bed, with no noise. Summary: The graphic to the right
is crucial in showing how the pain severity has changed. In 1997 my Above Average and Really Bad were 37% of
the total incidents; the agonizing migraines and now .... in the last five years, including 2007, I have
had zero Above Average and Really Bad migraines.

My migraine incidents continue to decrease, AND the pain severity is
bearable, AND the debilitating pain incidents have disappeared for the last five years. |
